CADagency is delighted to be working with an employee-owned design and build group specialising in commercial kitchens and foodservice environments for hotels, culture venues and high-street brands. We are assisting them in recruiting a Senior Revit Designer to join their in-house team in Croydon. This is a full time, office based role with with occasional site travel and project meetings.
You will lead Revit modelling and coordination for back-of-house kitchens and selected front-of-house areas, producing accurate, buildable drawing packages and clear information for manufacture and installation. You will collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams to drive design quality, resolve clashes early and keep programmes on track.
You will take schemes from brief and architectural plans into well structured Revit models and tidy 2D outputs, setting up views, sheets and schedules to company standards. You will plan kitchen layouts with the right workflows, clearances and compliance, then coordinate services to suit equipment and fabric constraints. Where projects include front-of-house, you will support interiors with mood boards, finishes and simple visuals in SketchUp or 3ds Max. Day to day you will maintain families and content, manage revisions, liaise with suppliers on equipment data and provide timely information to project managers and site teams.
- Strong Revit experience on hospitality or commercial projects, including families, views, sheets and schedules
- AutoCAD proficiency for 2D detailing and coordination
- Sound knowledge of commercial kitchen planning, equipment integration and services layouts
- Clear communication skills with confidence working across clients, architects, M&E and contractors
