CADagency is delighted to be working with a leading architecture and design practice that is looking to recruit an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technician for its Manchester or Leeds studios. Our client works across high-quality commercial, workplace and interior architecture projects and is looking to add further resource due to increased workload.
As an Architect or Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a fast-paced, secure commercial interiors project within an established Manchester or Leeds design team. The role will involve working closely with senior project leads, directors, principals and wider design teams to prepare, coordinate and develop project information using Revit.

The role would suit someone who is confident working within structured project environments, understands the need for accuracy and discretion and can contribute quickly within a busy team.
You will be involved in producing and coordinating Revit models, developing interior layouts, preparing technical drawing packages and supporting the wider team with project delivery. The role is likely to suit someone from a workplace interiors, commercial fit-out, interior architecture or technical architectural delivery background, rather than a purely front-end building design role.
Our client is open to considering Architects, Interior Architects, Interior Designers, Architectural Technicians and Architectural Technologists with the right project background. The key requirement is strong Revit experience, a good level of professional experience and the ability to work effectively within a sensitive commercial project environment.
The successful person will need:
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience within architecture, interior architecture, workplace interiors, commercial fit-out or technical design
- Strong Revit skills with at least 3 years’ continuous project-based use
- Good conceptual and design skills, with aesthetic flair
- Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience producing coordinated design information, technical drawings and project documentation
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative in response to direction from project leads, directors and principals
- A team-focused approach, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Existing SC clearance would be highly beneficial
- Ability to meet the security requirements for the project, which may include UK residency and other project-specific checks
