CADagency is delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing company specialising in architectural glazing. Our client designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains high-quality architectural glass products, working with high-net-worth clients across various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and commercial. With projects spanning the UK, they offer bespoke solutions to every client. Due to continued high demand, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager / CAD Technician to join their team in Halifax.
As a Project Manager / CAD Technician, you will play a dual role, spending 50% of your time managing projects and the other 50% on CAD work. You will oversee the procurement of projects, liaise with suppliers, and manage communication between various teams, including shop floor staff, sales, and surveyors. You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, from the initial concept to installation, with frequent site visits to ensure everything is on track and aligned with client requirements.
You will be working primarily with AutoCAD, and experience with Revit will be required. Your projects will primarily focus on bespoke architectural glazing, such as glass cladding for walls and multi-storey glass and steel lift shafts. Given the nature of the projects, you will be working with high-net-worth clients, and excellent customer service and communication skills will be essential.
