CADagency is delighted to be working with an specialist Electrical Contractor based in Bromsgrove. Our client currently employs around 30 members of staff including on-site engineers, admin and project managers. Our client specialises in electrical design and retail fit-outs working with some of the High Streets largest brands as well as large scale distribution centres and factories.
Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for an additional Revit Technician ideally with previous experience in the electrical design sector.
For this role, you will be reporting to the BIM Manager and you will be responsible for working with clients and the wider project team to follow the BIM execution plan.
On a daily basis, you will be working with Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 and AutoCAD 2025
You will produce electrical drawings from architect drawings using AutoCAD. You will also co-ordinate MEP services and assist on BIM projects, Finally, you will need to review the BIM model using Revit.
As part of this role, you will be working within a small team interacting directly with company directors and will have the chance to develop your role within the business.
You will need to be experienced with AutoCAD and Revit and ideally have previous experience in electrical drawing. Previous experience in a BIM drawing office would also be highly beneficial.
