With over 28 years in business and a strong reputation for both public and private sector work, they’re now looking to grow their London team by hiring an experienced Electrical Building Services Designer.

You’ll be based in their central London office, just five minutes from Liverpool Street Station, supporting new and ongoing projects across RIBA Stages 1–6. You’ll also play a key part in helping to train an apprentice as the London team grows.
- Delivering electrical services design from RIBA Stages 1 to 4
- Managing and overseeing project delivery through RIBA Stages 5 and 6
- Representing the business in client-facing meetings and contributing to business development
- Producing reports, specifications, and design drawings using AutoCAD
- Supporting junior team members and helping to onboard a new apprentice
Key requirements
- HND or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a building services consultancy
- Confident delivering full project lifecycle support (RIBA Stages 1–6)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role
