CADagency is delighted to be working with a specialist design and project company in the commercial kitchen sector based in Sheffield. They deliver high-quality kitchen solutions for a wide range of clients, with projects covering detailed design, technical coordination and site surveys. We are assisting them in recruiting for a Revit Technician to join their team.
There is the potential for this role to be a hybrid or remote role for someone living in the North East / West.
You will be responsible for producing accurate Revit designs and technical documentation across RIBA stages 1–4. This will include interpreting briefs from the internal team and developing complete designs that incorporate product knowledge, layouts, and relevant legislation. Your work will progress through to 3D rendering for client presentations, producing elevations, service schedules and fully detailed quotations based on the design data.
On a daily basis, you will be developing professional and accurate designs, ensuring the quality and presentation of drawings, managing productivity through time allocation and maintaining accuracy of project information. You will also support site surveys and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are fully coordinated and fit for purpose.
As the role includes site surveys, a full, clean driving licence and your own car will be required.
Working hours
Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00
Friday 09:00 – 16:00.
