CADagency is delighted to be working with a design-led specialist foodservice consultancy that creates some of the most inspiring and successful hospitality operations worldwide, with clients including leading corporate, hotel and leisure operators across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we are assisting them in recruiting a BIM Coordinator to join their Romford office on a hybrid basis.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will take on a key role managing a team of six BIM technicians in the UK and coordinating closely with a further eight technicians based in Dubai. You will work directly beneath the BIM & IT Manager, supporting the implementation of BIM standards and ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery across a portfolio of major international projects, many of which are currently based in Saudi Arabia. The position involves balancing day-to-day coordination with hands-on technical input, making sure models are delivered accurately while also providing guidance, mentoring and quality control for the wider team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will act as a point of contact between the design team, internal stakeholders and external collaborators, helping to maintain efficient workflows and seamless project integration.
- Experience as a BIM Technician with progression into coordination or leadership responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and wider Autodesk AEC software
- Familiarity with BIM 360 and common data environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and support teams across multiple locations
- A track record of contributing to large-scale BIM projects, ideally within MEP, interiors or related fields
