Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a design led specialist foodservice consultancy that creates some of the most inspiring and successful hospitality operations worldwide, with clients including the world’s premier corporate, hotel and leisure operators.

Due to a steady increase in business they are looking for a Full Time Revit Technician to work in their Romford office.

As a Revit Technician you will be working on some of the most prestigious hospitality projects globally you will be fully conversant in AutoCAD and Revit, although training could be provided for candidates who demonstrate excellent AutoCAD skills but have yet to get exposure to Revit.

Requirements

  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Revit experience is ideal – willing to consider those with Revit experience from other industries or
    college/university leavers with Revit experience looking for their first employment
  • Industry experience within a similar role
  • Experience working on Food and Beverage projects – beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

Primary Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality drawing packages including plans, elevations and services drawings
  • Project delivery and coordination
  • Implement best practice procedures as a Revit Technician
  • Support surrounding team with various projects
  • Continuous development within the team to better our CAD/Revit library and templates
  • Support the Project lead with input to the Revit model as required
