Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a high-end joinery company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke interior joinery for high end, luxury residential projects based in their Kent office.

Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting a Project Manager. For this role you will be reporting to the head of project management and will be accountable for the management and delivery of joinery projects ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to the highest of quality standards and within budget.

You will be working with external stakeholders inclusive of main contractors, architects, and designers, you will be the main point of contact going forward to ensure efficient and seamless project delivery is met and be liaising with production managers to ensure delivery dates are adhered to. You will work alongside the design/ draughting team to ensuring drawing details align with design intent and oversee the project quality control with regular checks of products as they move through the production stage.

As part of your role you will be attending all project meetings including design co-ordination meetings and site meetings, ensuring site surveys are carried out and regular site inspections are carried out throughout installation. You will be required to ensure all RAMS are prepared for sites installation as well as preparing and issuing O&M manuals.

For this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and delivering high end residential joinery projects. Have a strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and a wide understanding of joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware.
