Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a high-end joinery company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke interior joinery for high end, luxury residential projects based in their Gillingham office.

Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting a Joinery CAD Technician. For this role you will be reporting to the Head of Design & Draughting and assisting them in the development of joinery design and technical construction drawings for manufacture, translating design briefs and intent drawings into high quality manufacturable design solutions. You will be working closely with project management and workshop staff ensuring drawings meet design intent and are suitable for manufacture.

You will ideally have a years’ experience working in a similar role in the joinery sector or bespoke furniture sector using Inventor or SolidWorks and AutoCAD. A understanding of joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware would be very beneficial.
