Job description
We are delighted to announce, CADagency is working with one of the UK’s leading washroom design companies. Our client was established over 20 years ago and has offices around the world. Working mainly with architects and designers, our client prides themselves on design and dialogue. Their products are innovative, high quality and of social merit, whether the sinks in a school or the washrooms in an entire office tower. They use durable materials to create designs with significant ecological and social benefits.
This role is within the design team and the ideal candidate will have a background working within a similar industry. You should also be comfortable working within a busy team, communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors. The material that is mainly used in production is Corian.
The role will involve you working from a catalogue of core products, taking a brief from an architect or designer on changes they would like to make. Then you will construct a 3D visitation of the setting and add the product. Some background in graphic design and Adobe products would help in the process. You will then be expected to make the required changes to the product and submit the design to the client. If approved the product would then go through to production, so being able to create manufacturing drawing is advantageous.
Working hours will be 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3pm on Friday.
