Job description

My client is a wordwide brand with offices in  94 countries. The company has been established over 100 years and has been providing innovative solutions into the waterproofing, reinforcing and sealing industry. With their UK head offices based in Welwyn Garden City you will be working in their small but expanding CAD team reporting to the Product Manager.

You will be providing market leading technical information, advice, and expertise to support customers and internal sales staff around the appropriate use of Concrete and Waterproofing products and their applications. You will also be required to respond to all enquiries, requests for information & specification requests effectively, efficiently and in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant Technical/Product recommendations/standards and all relevant procedures.

You will have access to internal templates system drawings but will be required to make amendments using AutoCAD LTE. The role will be split 70% – Customer Support, 30% – CAD drawings. For this reason a working background in Civil or Construction is required.
