Job description
CADagency are currently working with a stainless steel manufacturing company specialising primarily in the commercial kitchen industry. The design team are now looking to take on a Draughtsman due to high workload.
For this role you will be working within an existing team to take a project from layout drawings supplied by clients or the sales team through to creating manufacturing drawings for the onsite production and fabrication teams.
An understanding of the manufacturing process is required and the you will ideally have experience in the commercial kitchens manufacturing environment.
The company uses TRUMPF laser and CNC equipment so experience with Radan software is ideal as well as experience with AutoCAD for layout an manufacturing drawings.
The company benefits from a great working environment with integrated teams. The company benefits from having 50,000 sq ft of manufacturing facilities in multiple sites across the UK.
There is onsite parking.
The working hours will be 40 hours per week although the client is flexible with start times. Most staff start from between 7:30 – 8:30. There is also the opportunity to work overtime regularly.
