Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading bookmaker with over 1,500 betting shops around the UK. Due to a commitment to ensuring their stores remain at the high standards their customers expect, our client is looking to continuously refurbish and expand their existing shop count.
For this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Property and working as a Space Planner to produce space plans for proposed betting shops to ensure highest profitability and trading space. You will also work on refurbishment projects and be required to prepare and submit all documentation necessary for approval of drawings by both Planning and Building Regulation Authorities.
Your role will also see you preparing all drawings and tender documentation as well as ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, planning/building authorities and CDM legislation.
As you will be working with other internal and external teams, you will need to be able to communicate effectively and co-ordinate with others.
This role is office based at our clients Warrington offices but there is some flexibility for home working. There is the opportunity for an immediate start but a one month notice period is completely acceptable.
