Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with a design and engineering company based in High Peak that specialises in the design and manufacture of specialist glazing transport products as well as commercial skips & containers. They have on-site design and manufacturing facilities and employ a team of experienced fabricators to make all products on site.
Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting an additional SolidWorks Designer to join their Design Team.
For this role, you will be working to create technical drawings for the fabrication team as well as 3D models and renderings to assist the sales team for bespoke products. You will be working from an existing product portfolio making bespoke products as and when required.
You will need existing experience within the manufacturing design sector and previous experience using SolidWorks.
Due to the clients location, a full drivers licence and your own vehicle will be required for the commute. This is a full time / office based role as you will be regularly liaising with the fabrication team and offering amendments as required.
