Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a design an build company who specialise in the hospitality and commercial kitchens sector. Working from Concept through to Completion they are a design lead organisation with in house Sales, Design, Project Management and Installation teams. There is currently a requirement for a Sales Manager with specific experience in the Commercial Kitchens sector. The role will require you to drive all facets of the development process with both the clients and internal teams.

Job Description

  • To generate sales opportunities by new client base
  • To generate design/sales opportunities by managing existing client base opportunities
  • To maximise further design/sales income by promoting fit-out opportunities
  • To pursue new clients, personal contacts/network via market intelligence, contacts, promotions and sales leads
  • To analyse every opportunity responding within the required timescales
  • Where appropriate to meet every customer on site to thoroughly create a brief template
  • To accurately create a meaningful survey including clear dimensions, photos, explanations
  • To carefully assess what is required of the whole department to deliver the end result and ensure all parties are fully briefed
  • To generate cost plan or feasibility design requirements
  • To assess the output from the department ensuring it meets the client criteria
  • To analyse the costs to ensure maximum profitability
  • To create the presentation “pack” to match the client`s expectations
  • To conduct a professional and relevant pitch
  • To manage negotiations towards the placement of purchase orders
  • To ensure client has full understanding of commitment by all parties to responsibilities of successful completion and handover
  •  To assist project management process by being available as conduit of communication between the company office and client
  • To always visit every completed project to meet client for feedback
