Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with a well-funded, industry disrupting manufacturing company who specialise in storage solutions. Their products include lockers, cupboards and cloakroom systems for gyms, sport centres and commercial spaces.
Due to their continued growth, we are assisting them in recruiting for a CAD Technician with an interest in sales and estimating. You will be joining a small but productive team and will receive support and get opportunities to develop and grow within the business.
For this role, you will work directly with customers answering telephone enquiries and carrying out bound sales calls to potential customers. You will then produce detailed quotations using discounting and pricing to create accurate prices. You will then produce CAD drawing layouts of Locker rooms based of site surveys and architectural drawings.
All the companies products have been modelled for manufacturing purposes and you will only be using AutoCAD for layouts and 2D space plans. There maybe a requirement for 3D visualisations but existing experience is not required as you can learn and receive training.
Finally you will liaise with external sales team to deliver services effectively.
You will be required to have previous experience within the operations side of a business or within Customer Services. You will also need to be proficient using a CRM system and have AutoCAD skills.
Working hours
Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:30
