Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with a Chartered Building Surveying practice based in Chelmsford, Essex. The company has been established since 2000 and have a large client base in both the private and public sectors including housing associations, schools and healthcare providers.
Due to on-going high demand, they are currently looking for a Revit Technician to doing the team to help with producing Planning and Building Regulations drawings, mostly for residential and education projects.
For this role you will be required to have experience using Revit for Architectural purposes and have a proven portfolio of technical and design projects. The drawings you will be producing are fairly basic and not requiring full BIM standards.
You will be liaising directly with clients and take ownership of your own projects including carrying out the required measured surveys. Previous experience in a surveying practise would be ideal but any architectural design experience will be sufficient. You will be working as part of a small team and have direct contract with the company directors.
