Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working will a construction and fit-out company based in Bury St Edmunds. They have been established for 50 years and specialising in farming enclosures, equipment and buildings. For this role you will work will working to produce Revit models for complete construction projects including new buildings, refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings as well as full fit outs.
For this role, you will be liaising with the Construction Manager and Site Foreman and conducting site visits as required. Based on client requirements and survey results, you will then produce to scale 3D models in Revit relevant to the construction including the groundworks, foundations, metal structures and fit out of equipment.
As the project progresses you will consult with the Construction Manager regular updates to achieve tight timescales. You will need to then revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes during construction. You will be taking and providing clear instruction and providing advice and guidance on the requirements for drawings, their purpose and the design of buildings or components.
Finally, you will attend and contribute to Project meetings as required.
