Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a design and manufacturing business based in Chelmsford and specialising in bespoke retail displays and furniture.

Due to on-going high demand and company growth, we are assisting them in recruiting for a Retail SolidWorks Designer. For this role you will have design experience in the manufacturing sector as well as the ability to manage a project from sales to install.

The role will see you initially meeting with clients along with the sales team to take a brief. You will then create technical and 3D designs for new products, including prototyping and testing. You will execute a robust design process and continuous improvement. You will need to show excellent time management and plan your workload with the Head of Design.

You will need to have proven experience within the manufacturing sector using both SolidWorks and the Adobe Suite.
