Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading Cladding & Rainscreen Specialists, offering experience and expertise in Design & Build projects. The company specialises in Roofing, Cladding, Rainscreen, Glazing and Guttering. They also have a vast knowledge and expertise in a wide range of Flat Roofing products.
Due to an increased workload, they are looking to take on a CAD designer to work from their office in Laindon, Basildon. For this role, you will ideally have 4 years + rainscreen design experience but you would still be of interest with general façade design experience.
There is an opportunity now to expand the Design Team so a senior designer wanting to build a team would be highly beneficial.
The typical projects are varied, they can range from around £200k up to £4-5 million. The company does a lot of football stadia, high rise London projects as well as commercial warehouses like Lidl and Ikea.
The team culture is pretty lively. Everyone is social and there is a good support structure for people wanting to progress.
