Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with a specialist CAD drafting company based in London to recruit an experienced Revit Designer with 3 years + experience in residential loft conversions and home extensions. The company specialise in loft conversion and ground floor extension drawings. They offer drafting services direct to homeowners across the country and work with builders and contractors on the construction.
This role will be an entirely home based, full time, permanent role with the opportunity to meet with the company Director every few months. The Director is based in London so living in the Midlands – South would be ideal but not a requirement.
You will be required to have an excellent telephone manner and be able to manage multiple projects with little oversight. You will be liaising directly with clients on a daily basis and producing construction and planning drawings ready for submission. You will be experience in producing plans, elevations and sections for residential projects.
