Job description
Established for over forty years our client is a principle contractor specialising in commercial and traditional joinery. From their offices in Newick, East Sussex they have completed contracts for many multinational companies, as well as smaller independents and specialist commissions. As Principle Contractor our clients expertise and quality encompasses specialist in-house joinery through detailed shopfitting and finishing, as well as extensive construction and refurbishments.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
You will be working in an existing CAD team on a wide range of projects including shopfitting, commercial and high-end bespoke projects. You will be responsible with working from initial briefs and concept drawings right the way through to manufacturing and joinery drawing.
Technical/Design
You will be required to have detailed knowledge with joinery standards and previous experience working in a similar environment. The ability to process new information quickly is key and attention to detail is required. You will be using AutoCAD for all the drawings and experience with other software is not required.
