Job description
My client is a pioneer in office-to-residential conversions and office refurbishment. They provide a unique turnkey solution for both residential and commercial clients. With a project teams consisting of in-house planners, architects, designers and quantity surveyors working together they ensure a superior project outcome and experience.
For this role you will be joining the existing design team reporting to the Design Manager and working along side Project Managers and Surveyors to provide realistic and accurate external CGI renderings. The company has in the past year transitioned over to Revit and for this role you will be expected to have a very good understanding of the design aspect of the software. You will also have experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings.
You will mainly be working on commercial projects including building facades as well as office interiors.
