Job description
CADagency are delighted to be working with a leading infrastructure and geotechnical specialist contractor. Due to on-going high demand they are looking for an additional CAD Technician with previous experience using Civil 3D in the construction sector.
For this role you will be providing CAD support to the HS2 team and be based 2 -3 days a week at the companies London Euston site office. For the remaining days your will be working to provide CAD support for other projects either from home or the companies Head Office.
Previous experience using Revit would be an advantage but is not essential, some knowledge of BIM the processes is also advantageous.
On a daily basis, your will be using Civil 3D to create 2D and 3D models as required by the engineers with minimal supervision. You should be able to produce 3D visualisation files which can be used in internal and client presentations. You will need to ensure all work produced for the HS2 project meets the required HS2 standard and BIM standard. You will be regularly liaising with project managers, lead technical staff/engineers and clients.
