Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with one of the largest privately owned manufacturers of off site buildings. Their buildings are regularly used in the health, education and commercial environments sectors. With in house design, manufacture and construction teams they are a true turnkey solution for clients looking for quality and flexible buildings.
Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for a CAD Technician ideally with experience using Revit. This role will primarily be focused on Mechanical and Electrical technical drawings, working alongside the lead designer to produce layout drawings and floor plans with electrical designs.
You will be creating drawings from scratch and altering existing floor plans with technical layouts. There maybe a require to visit clients sites to conduct basic site surveys. Any previous experience with modular or off-site buildings will be highly advantageous as you will also be designing modular components ready for manufacture.
For this role you should be an enthusiastic, solutions driven technician from an Engineering or M&E background.
