Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with an architectural lighting design company based in Hammersmith, Central London. Their projects include high end hospitality and retail as well as commercial and bespoke residential clients.

Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for a CAD Technician to work alongside the Design Director in producing 2D electrical layouts, plans and elevations. On a daily basis you will be using AutoCAD on architectural plans provided by the client to map out lighting layouts and electrical services.

You will be joining a modern, forward thinking company within a vibrant workspace. There is the option to work flexible hours and some work from home is an option.

Any previous experience within the lighting sector would be avantagous but the ability to use AutoCAD to create technical drawings, including plans, elevations and detail drawings using multiple layers is required.

There maybe a future requirement for Revit as part of the business but there is no requirement to have existing Revit knowledge and training can be provided when the need arrises.
