Job description
CADagency is pleased to be working with a Specialist Aluminium window, door & curtain walling manufacturers and installers for the commercial building sector. The company has been established over 20 years and currently employs over 100 members of staff.
There is currently a requirement for an experience CAD Designer who has experience with Aluminium Glazing, Facades and Curtain Walling. For this role you will be required to ‘hit the ground running’ and have experience in the industry both with the technical and design elements of the products. Experience with BIM and Revit is also required.
You will be working from their offices in the Wirral with the occasional requirement to visit sites and measure / conduct a survey.
Job Description
- Liaise with sales team and directly with the client to understand the project and specifics
- Create overall project brief and time scales
- Design cost effective and ascetically appealing facades / aluminium products
- Create 2D technical manufacturing drawings to support the design
- Make any amendments after speaking to the manufacturing, sales and installation teams

Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 16.30
