Job description
CADagency are delighted to be working alongside an established joinery, fit-out and M&E design and build specialist based in Swindon.
Due to ongoing high demand we are assisting them in recruiting for a CAD Designer to join their team.
As part of the design team you will work from initial site surveys through to concept design and technical drawings. You will ensure products are designed to the correct size and specification and produce technical GA drawings of the layout, dimensions and existing services.
You will co-ordinate all services to overlay drawings and produce a co-ordinated set of drawings and plan. You are also required to keep internal and external contacts informed of any changes to the original specification.
For all joinery items manufactured in house, you will produce a cutting list and requisition for procurement of required materials.
