Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with an Specialist Curtain Walling, Cladding and Facade company. They have been established over 20 years and have built up a solid reputation in the curtain wall installation market. They work on projects ranging from simple glazing replacements and malfunctioning doors, to full building envelope refurbishments.
A position has arisen in their existing design team for a Senior CAD Designer to assist the Sales and Manufacturing teams in producing AutoCAD drawings.
You will be working in a small team taking jobs from tender through to manufacture stage. This will consist of the design and approval of curtain walling, scheduling and site drawings. Typically comprising of elevations, sections and any necessary details.
They are looking for an experience CAD Designer who has seven years + experience withing the curtain wall, cladding and façade industry. Ideally, you will be available to start on a permanent basis within the next two weeks.
For this role you will be using 2D AutoCAD to create technical plan drawings and schedules for rails and brackets.
