Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a leading design and installation companies within the Food & Beverage industry specialising in commercial kitchen design. Our client operates in various markets including Hospitality, Workplace, Education and High Street Leisure Venues.

Due to on-going high demand, we are helping them to recruit a full time, permanent CAD Designer, with an opportunity for an immediate start. The role will be varied will see you design and specify kitchen and catering spaces, produce drawings as well as create 3D visuals. You will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience with a technical design role, with experience creating layouts and floorplans.

Previous experience within a building services background would be very relevant for this role as well as experience with using Revit but please note this is not essential as training will be given.

For this role you will ideally have the following skills:

• Experience of CAD drawing software (AutoCAD)
• Demonstrate a positive professional and proactive approach
• Be technically minded and show creative problem-solving skills
• Work well as part of a team
• Be well organised with good timekeeping
• Good communication skills both written and verbal are essential
