Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a building services design consultancy specialising on commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment. With a focus on electrical design we are assisting them in recruiting for a CAD Technician to join their existing design team. For this role you will be working with AutoCAD and Revit to create technical drawings as well as construction drawings. You will need excellent communication skills to work closely with the projects team.

For this role, you will need previous experience within the building services / construction sector. Experience within and electrical design consultancy would be ideal and previous experience with Revit and 3D design would be highly beneficial. Experience with just AutoCAD is acceptable too as Revit training can be given.

You will be working with internal and external consultants and surveyors to produce highly accurate electrical models in line with BIM requirements.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Bingham.

Salary is dependant on experience but for the higher end of the scale, Revit and electrical design experience is required. There is a discretionary bonus as well as private medical insurance.

For the commute, you will need to live within 30 -45 min max travel time to Bingham.
