Job description
CADagency is please to be working with a small but growing architectural practise based in Central Manchester. There are currently four members of teams and they are working on projects in the high-end residential, small residential projects as well as retail / commercial sector. They have won projects with the likes of Aldi and work closely with high net worth clients.
The role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity and career prospects. You will ideally be naturally hungry for growth and devoted to seeing the success of the company. There are benefits the clients are considering including bonuses and profit share schemes.
For this role you will ideally have 2-3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician in the residential sector. Previous experience with Building Regs would be ideal but more important is the technical drawing experience and desire to learn.
Job Description
- Work within design team and liaise directly with clients
- Run small architectural projects from start to finish
- Product planning and technical drawings
- Ensure technical drawings are drawing to building regs standards
