Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with an award-winning, family run, multi-disciplined Architectural practice based in Trafford Park. Our client specialises in residential, commercial and industrial projects and work from pre-construction process right through to final project delivery. This includes initial concept planning, detailed designs, technical working drawings, as well as work alongside other professionals.
Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for an Architectural Technician with previous experience in an architectural setting. Our client runs a demanding but fun office culture with dedicated staff embracing their strong family values.
You will ideally have existing AutoCAD and Revit experience and be a strong communicator. You will regularly be communicating with clients, architects and stake holders to provide updates, query drawings and ensure timescales are adhered to.
You will be working on residential and commercial projects so design and technical abilities within these sectors is required.
On a daily basis, you will be creating full technical and construction drawing packages so a full understanding of Building Regulations is required.
