Job description
CADagency is delighted to be working with a growing Interior and Architectural design studio based in Central Manchester. They have a solid pipeline of projects across a number of sectors and are looking to grow their design team with an experienced Architectural Technician that is capable of running projects.
For this role, you will ideally have previous experience in the Interior Sector and have the ability to produce detailed technical packages as well as liaise with clients and building control. You will need an out-going and friendly personality as you will be working as part of a small team. You will need the ability to manage and liaise with wider consultants team and external parties.
Most of the projects you will be working on are in the hospitality, residential and commercial sectors and previous experience would be highly beneficial. You will be expected to carry out site visits and report back to Project Managers and Clients. The projects are mainly located in Manchester and around the North West so overnight travel won’t be required.
As a busy practise you will be managing multiple projects and be required to own your workload.
Currently, our client is only using AutoCAD but they do have plans to implement Revit in the future. Existing Revit experience could be advantageous but is not required.
