Job description

CADagency are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading workplace fit out, design and build specialist. Our client provides a complete solution, owning all stages of the design and build process through their in-house team of specialists.

Due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for an Architectural Technician. For this role, you will be working closely with the internal design team through the early stages from technical design through to manufacture and construction stages. You will be providing full working drawings as well as coordinating with their in-house team and external supply chain.

Other tasks will include:

• Provide information in strict accordance with the design, procurement, and construction programmes
• Liaise with site, providing technical support when required

For this role, you will need existing knowledge of architectural design and previous experience using AutoCAD. Previous experience within a D&B role would be advantageous.

Knowledge of up-to-date building regulations and a strong technical ability are required.
