Job description
CADagency are delighted to be working alongside a well established Architectural Metalwork design, manufacture and instation company based in Leighton Buzzard. Due to ongoing high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for a CAD Technician to join their growing design team. For this role, you will be working closely witharchitects, designers and internal manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional and high-profile projects throughout the UK.
Our client has a 45,000 square foot manufacturing centre where they fabricate a wide range of architectural metalwork such as balconies, balustrades, railings and staircases.
You will be mainly detailing and desiging architectural metalwork, secondary steelwork and structural steelwork and other projects will include handrails, steel staircase, structural steelwork and various sundry metalwork items.
You will be required to produce GA drawings for client approval, fabrication details and bills of materials using AutoCAD 2D.
