CADagency are proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading washroom design firms. Our client was established over 20 years ago and has offices around the world. Working mainly with architects and designers, our client prides themselves on design and dialogue. Their products are innovative, high quality and of social merit, whether these are sinks in a school or the washrooms in an entire office high riser. They use durable materials to create designs with significant ecological and social benefits. The main material used in production is Corian
This role is within the design team and the ideal candidate will have a background of working in a similar environment. You should also be comfortable working within a busy team and under pressure, being able to communicate clearly with both colleagues and supervisors.
The role will involve you working from a range of core products, taking a brief from an architect or designer on changes, customisations and modifications they would like to make to the existing product range. Then you will construct a 3D visualisation of the setting along with the customised products, detailing the necessary changes to the products.
Although this role is primarily a product design role, as explained above, this position offers a lot of responsibility in the form of project management, as you will largely be expected to carry the responsibility for a project through to the end. This role is therefore a great opportunity to grow and improve your competencies.
A large part of this role will consist of creating presentations and catalogues of the product range for clients, so a keen sense of aesthetic will be highly valuable. In this respect, a familiarity with the Adobe suite of products will be very useful. If you do not have the required experience with Photoshop and related products, the client will be happy to provide you with training in these software packages.
Working hours will be 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3pm on Friday.
