Our client is one of the most dedicated multi-disciplinary surveying and design firm, who are highly focused in areas such as Rights of Lights, Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters, as well as Daylight and Solar Design among others. This company has worked on various projects around the UK, especially in London, as well as overseas with leading architects and developers.
They are looking to take on a chartered building surveyor with experience on Party Walls, Rights of Light and Neighbourly matters. It is imperative that you have a MRICS (in building surveying) or working towards an APC. Equally important is that you have a strong background in commercial property and a degree, preferably in Building Surveying or in a related field.
Also important, is that you present yourself professionally as the client is looking for high performers who can consistently produce work at a high standard for demanding clients. At the same time, working at this firm will give you the chance to work on prominent multimillion pound projects across Central London at one of the highest performing teams in the measured survey industry
