Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with an interior architecture and design consultancy based in Fulham. Our client specialises in vibrant and timeless high-end residential projects both domestically and internationally.

Due to ongoing high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for an accomplished Interior Architectural Designer to join their distinguished studio in Fulham. This will be a full-time, office based role with the requirement to complete site surveys and meet clients.

For this role, you will be working to develop, detail and implement intricate interior schemes for high-end domestic and international projects. You will be responsible for creating the visuals for client presentations and developing the initial design ideas through to their sign-off and implementation. You will also be responsible for all CAD related administration such as the issuing,
recording and filing of the office drawing system. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team working at the highest level of the interior design industry.

For this role, you are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience within the residential interiors sector. You will need strong all-round software skills, including, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office. A good working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or Rhino 3D coupled with rendering environments such as V-Ray would be highly advantageous.

You will need a strong spatial understanding and the ability to visualise in 3D.

A comprehensive knowledge of traditional interior design is essential. Some knowledge of classical architecture would be advantageous as well as an understanding of construction methods and
build-ups.
