Job description

CADagency is delighted to be working with a Building Services Consultancy who specialises in mechanical, electrical, and public health design for projects within the residential, commercial, retail, leisure, education and healthcare sectors.

Our client is based in Rochester and is looking to take on an additional office-based CAD Technician. The role will see you working with AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings from scheme design through to construction. You will be working alongside range of Engineers and external clients to provide any CAD related support needed.

For this role, you will ideally have a minimum of 18 months experience using both AutoCAD and Revit in a building services environment. Be confident in liaising with clients and have an understanding customer product and needs. You must be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to work on multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
