The role
The role is for a fully fledged member of our design team.  You will get fully trained up on our specialist software and will get full time tutoring and help to make sure you know what your doing. It will take you a while to get comfortable but once you are, you will get the chance to design, tweak, change, discuss with customers, amend, make, scrap, prototype, remake…real things.  You will have the ability to alter and shape designs and help get involved in the design process. You will be exposed to a lot of designers, architects clients at a lot of top end companies and some less known but all will be asking for the same thing, help on how they turn their ideas into real things.  Every job and customer is treated with the same attention to detail and duty of care and we have a responsibility to do our best and be honest about our capabilities.  You will have the opportunity to turn drawings into things, places and spaces that people will use for years to come.

Opportunity
You get back what you put in, there is no glass ceiling, there is a flat hierarchy everyone is equal, no one is on ceremony and give as good as you get. The company is financially sound, with directors who genuinely care about your needs, your career progression and who will help you build and grow in your role.  The company is growing but is too small for anyone to hide so performance will be very visible but you will have a huge support network and they actively encourage anyone with questions / issues / problems to shout about them so that they can deal with and resolve.
